Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://mzhairsalon.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, MZ Hair Salon markets and arranges Beard Trimming, Hair Coloring, Kid's Haircut, Men's Haircut, Women's Haircut. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://mzhairsalon.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MZ Hair Salon or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. MZ Hair Salon reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. MZ Hair Salon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MZ Hair Salon's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid MZ Hair Salon in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify MZ Hair Salon from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
